Behavior Assistant

Behavior Assistant

Behavior assistant services are designed to implement behavioral procedures as defined in a customers’ behavior plan, written by a certified behavioral analyst. This service is intended to implement replacement skills, reduce problematic behaviors, collect, and graph data, as well as quarterly summary reports on the status of a customers’ behavior plan. Behavior assistant services will be used when natural or paid support has been unsuccessful with tracking data or when a customer’s conduct reduces the health and safety of themselves or others. In addition, these services will be used to ensure consistency from all supports implementing the behavior plan as written by a behavioral analyst. Customers can expect reliable support from behavior assistants to reduce or eliminate behaviors to reach stability in their daily life. Behavior assistants will provide continuous dialogue to all supports to ensure consistency of the implementation of the customers behavior plan across all supports to reach our customers behavioral goals.
